In-queue flow forced callback

Hi,

Currently our in-queue flow triggers a callback question when they have been waiting for more than 30 seconds.

But some of our customers is wonder if it is possible to trigger a forced callback instead, is this possible?

Our current flow with the callback:

You should be able to repurpose your Collect Input action to achieve that by moving it to the top of the flow and prompting the caller with something like "You're call will be answered by the next available agent. Press 1 at any time to receive a callback instead." for example.
