I working with Widget version 2, but i haven't found the way to configure the customer inactivity time. I need configure 2 minutes of inactivity and send messages.
I created the i18n file for custom messages (for example "ChatStarted" without problems).
This applies to any widget that leverages the HTTP chat APIs.
No activity auto-disconnect
While connected to an agent, if the guest does not send any messages for 15 minutes, the guest will be automatically disconnected. This timeout only applies while connected to an agent; activity is not required from the guest while waiting in queue.
This is not configurable at this time. However, if the customer closes their browser and is no longer connected to the chat, they will be disconnected after 5 minutes.
