Inbound call using .net sdk

Hi every one , I want to use genesys .net sdk for inbound calls ( I want to get some data from an inbound call like who is calling , his phone number ... in real time )

I have some questions please :

  1. the Authenticating way to use in my case ( Client Credentials Grant , Authorization Code Grant ...)
  2. the API class that I have to use ( conversation, notification ...)
