We are facing error when we try to call the specific google dialogflow bot (rich reply config) from Inbound Web Messaging/Chat Flow Architect.
The system seems to be successfully retrieving the Agent Name and Project ID(Displayed in drop down list) but failing to get the agent config/intents.
Error Message:
There was an error loading bot information.
Dialogflow Agents:
We are successfully connected to several Dialogflow Agents, but failing to connect to the one we have rich reply text.
I wonder if there is any restriction to the Dialogflow agent config to be connected to the GenesysCloud flow.
