If the default trail period for an AppFoundry integration is 30days but if the customer requests to extend the trail period what is the process?
Customers should work with their Genesys Account Representative or Genesys Reseller to request an extension of a free trial.
If customer works with Genesys Account Representative or Genesys Reseller to request an extension of a free trial what is the min and max extension duration.
That would be a question to be worked out by all parties involved, including the vendor of the application as to whether they allow free trial extensions and for how long.
