Initiate web survey after selfservice

Hi,

Don't know if this is the right category - but now I try :slight_smile:

I have two questions regarding initiate web surveys.

  1. Is there a way to initiate a web survey after a customer has completed a self-service in an in-bound flow?

  2. We have some tasks where the "agent" is located outside Genesys environment. Is there a way to initiate web survey when the call is transfer to a external number?
