Instagram Direct not displaying digital menu buttons

Hi team,
My web messaging flow and digital bot flow is being used by Instagram Direct as well as web messaging. On the Insta mobile app I can see the digital menu buttons perfectly when I message but I cannot see them on desktop.
My flow asks the customer to choose from the below options, but they just never show up.

Anyone have any insights on this or experienced it before? Everything else is working fine.
