Integrated with PSS (like Amadeus or Navitaire)

Hi Dev Forum,

Has anyone ever integrated into any PSS like Amadeus or Navitaire? Or is it feasible?
If yes, I would want to understand does it take a simple data action to integrate or if more goes into the integration.

Data actions would certainly be a starting point, which allows for transactional data interchange to most REST APIs out there. There is also the possibility of embedding such a system into the Genesys Cloud UI in either a script, or as an App. Lastly, Genesys Cloud could be placed into the frame of an external app using either our platform APIs (likely through the JavaScript SDK) or with the Embeddable Framework. If someone were to take on the task of building any of the integrations above, we'd certainly welcome them in our AppFoundry, which is always seeking to feature new integrations in various verticals that may be of interest to our customer base.
