I'm Using Genesys Softphone plugin on the Pipedrive CRM. I already Install
package from marketplace but that time I'm going to
login in softphone by using genesys Credentilas but getting
some licence Error ( You are not licensed to use this product. Please contact your administrator.) and also getting this Error ( Please ensure you have a role assigned with the integration:keyboardLogicGCEF:agent permission and restart the softphone)
I Added All Permissions related to the Integration But I'm unable to find this permissions.
(integration:keyboardLogicGCEF),(Integration:keyboardLogicGCEF:agent Permission)
Please help me on that.

Note this integration with Pipedrive CRM is NOT developed by Genesys.
It is a 3rd party integration from Keyboard Logic LLC.
Could you clarify to which marketplace you are referring to?
Do you mean the Genesys AppFoundry marketplace, purchasing the Keyboard Logic LLC CRM integration from their AppFoundry Premium Application page via online requested Free Trial or Purchase?
Or do you mean the Pipedrive CRM marketplace on this page?
Purchasing from the Genesys AppFoundry site (or from your Genesys reseller or sales) will enable the necessary licenses for the Keyboard Logic LLC CRM integration (in Genesys Cloud).
I cannot comment for Pipedrive marketplace. It is not integrated with us as far as I know.
I mean that you will need to contact Keyboard Logic so they can explain to you what the next steps are.
