Integration with a third party voice bot

Hi,

I have search on forum, community and developer portal. Our customers are requesting integrate theirs third party bot. Our question their is way to add third party bots?

Our customer are looking forward to:

  1. Get en realtime voice transcription of the caller when it is navigating on the bot. Get the transcription in realtime to be analysed with small IA.
  2. Get intentions in realtime to be processed by external tools
  3. Genesys Cloud process audio but External Bot handle the business logic, it means, genesys cloud transmit transcription or intention to the external engine, and it give command to the Genesys Cloud to reproduce audio or transfer the call or set metadata.

I hope you could give us your opinion about it
