Is there way to hide or remove the active conversations list columns in the embedded interactions.html ? We are trying to enforce navigation to the respective message session through our custom CRM solution and trying to effectively utilize real estate on the screen.
Please let me know if there is a way to customize layout ?
No, you cannot hide or customize that window, but you can collapse the conversation roster to garner more screen real estate for the contents of the conversation.
