Interactions View - Caller Name

I have just configured SCIM and Teams Integration for a customer. The customer only uses Genesys Cloud to receive calls for their internal service desk, so the only calls they receive are from internal employees not on the Genesys platform (calls typically come from MS Teams or from users' mobile/cell phones.) The reason for implementing SCIM was to import the company's MS Teams directory into Genesys as placeholder user profiles. Previously agents would only see the callers' phone numbers when answering calls whereas now they can see the callers' names.

One issue we have though is that in the Workspace - Interactions view there does not seem to be any column available that displays the callers' name, even though this can be seen in the interaction timeline. Am I missing something here or is there a workaround that can achieve this?
