Intermittent Beep heard in phone bridge

We have a recording as the initial message from our company's owner to the customer calling in. However, there is occassionally a 'beep' in the middle of the message. It is random and intermittent. Do you have any ideas of what is causing this?

Our only clue to this, so far, is that if 2 people call in a few seconds apart, the first caller gets the beep when the 2nd caller is connected. Also, this is only happening, as far as we can tell, using our 800 number.
