I'm using a Genesys Cloud Architect development environment in us-west-2 region. My dev team are calling from Australia with international code +61. Usually our ANI is presented with the tel:+61 international prefix, however sometimes it appears with a prefix of tel:+161 (i.e there is an extra "1" after the "+"). This happens across different telephony providers in Australia and across different handset types (iPhone, Samsung). Is there a setting in Genesys that might be causing this problem?
It prevents the ContactId search from working.
