Internet Explorer bug?

Hello,

Hope that everybody is doing ok.

I am trying to test our chat V1.1 on our website and we are getting the following error message:

`ERROR cloud-webchat$1.0.0/src/v2/app/index: Error creating conversation Object doesn't support property or method 'values'

We've speculated that you might have forgotten to make the PolyFill extension for I.E 11 with the latest update. Could you check that this is the case?

The error is getting repeated 16 times in the console before finally stopping.

Please open a case with PureCloud Care to report this issue. They will want to have a description of the impact to functionality in addition to the report of the error in the console.

I'm not quite sure if PureCloud Care could help us with this.

There is nothing wrong with our code. Even the example chat is giving the same errors from the iframe when used in Internet Explorer v11.

Isn't this something the developer team at Genesys should take a look at?
