Greetings and welcome to 2021. I want to introduce you to a new tool we are getting ready to release for a limited customer beta this month: Our Genesys Command Line Interface (CLI). Our new CLI will allow you to perform administrative tasks against your Genesys Cloud organization without having to constantly access the Genesys Cloud UI. In addition, the CLI will allow you to easily perform ad-hoc data extracts of common Genesys Cloud object.
