IP config details while sending web surveys

Hello,

May I know while sending web surveys from pure cloud, what is the hostname or IP address does pure cloud use.
Does both theses values remains same for all the web surveys or either one of them or everytime it uses different value?
Is there anywhere if I can see these info?
