They are planning to make some changes and want to know.

I am not aware of UI or services in Genesys Cloud where we allow customization using PHP.
If you want to create a PHP application that leverages Platform API SDK, you can.
All integration points are described on the Developer Center or Resource Center.
We do not comment on technologies used inside Genesys Cloud - to confirm or deny - unless they are publicly exposed.
