I need know if one data action is having problem when it is called since the script.Becaus ethe resut of this data action in some cases do not appear.
the problem is with different agents in different time, for this reason I can not know what to do.
Exist some manner for check the logs for investigate the issue?

The only way for you to get logging for this action is to run it in test mode. If you are not able to reproduce the issue with test mode then please contact customer care for further troubleshooting.
