Is there a way to modify DialPlan via API

I would like to setup DialPlan using API. Can it be done? And can it be assigned bawsd on originating DN? For example: if call originates from DN 1000 then rewrite the destination number to 2000.

https://developer.genesys.cloud/telephony/telephony-apis seems to be the one.
