Hello I am trying to configure an action that open an url always in the same tab. I have tried configuring a button action withe the url https://help.mypurecloud.com/ but it always open in a different tab.
Is there a way to do this? Maybe sending parameters in the url configured in the script?

No, it is unfortunately not possible.
The Scripter.Open URL only accepts a url or an email address and will either open a new tab (in same browser window) or a new browser window.
