I have a prospect that wants to bulk delete all the conversation details from a POC org before moving to production. Can we do this? I know we can bulk delete recordings but I wasn't clear on the MetaData and other not recorded interactions
Use this feature to delete data older than a certain date. It will expect your recording policies match the data retention time. After this is set and you confirm the data is gone, you can set the dates further out to what matches their production org retention requirements.
