Issue: Generic SSO keeps loosing some of the data

Hello,
We have configured a Generic SSO Provider in Genesys and works great.
But every 1-2 months, it keeps losing its configuration.

Today one of my colleagues told me that he can't find the login option anymore, and after checking the SSO config we notice that the same fields are missing like the last time:

  • Provider Logo
  • Provider Name
  • Endpoint Compression (now it's unchecked, we need it checked)

Can you please investigate this issue?

I would suggest to open a case with Genesys Care (Support) as we cannot investigate customer data on the forum.
