Issue in transfer number

Hi,

I Created a call flow, where I have used transfer to number from toolbox. But call is getting disconnected when the call get transferred to that number via call flow. And when I am dialing to that number directly then it is getting connected.

Please let me know what can we do to resolve the issue.

This sounds like an issue that Genesys Cloud Care would need to investigate. Customer-specific issues cannot be investigated via the Dev Forum.
