Issue of too many redirects with our Status Lights Premium app within the Genesys Cloud desktop app or browser

One of our customers who use our Status Lights Premium app within Genesys Cloud, is facing an issue.

When our app loads within the Genesys Cloud desktop app or browser running the Genesys Cloud session, the Genesys Cloud desktop app/browser reports that the app redirects too many times and fails to load.

Please find the screenshot below, which illustrates this issue:

We suggested to clear the browser cache, cookies when they are using Genesys Cloud on the chrome browser.

Similarly, when using the Genesys Cloud desktop app, we requested to clear out the contents of this folder %LOCALAPPDATA%\GenesysCloud and run the app again.

In both the cases, our status lights app fails to load with the error message saying "The app you are trying to access redirected too many times"

We have found similar issues discussed here in the forum, but it appears to be unresolved / closed.

Our customer is also facing the similar issue. Could you please let us know what could cause this issue?
