: Issue with Agent Assist Interaction Widget Setup in Genesys Dev Environment

Hi folks,

We’re trying to set up the Agent Assist Interaction Widget in our Genesys Dev Environment, following the documentation here and this guide.

However, when I click on the hosted application server URL, it gets stuck on reloading. In the inspect element, I see the following error:

error_handler.ts:46 ERROR Error: Could not parse null (null)

We’ve double-checked all the environment values but haven’t found the root cause.

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!
