We have configured a trunk in Genesys and are passing the conversation ID from the trunk in our request. However, I noticed that when a number is mapped to the agent's profile, the request does not include the conversation ID but instead contains the phone number. When no number is assigned to the profile, the request correctly includes the conversation ID. Could anyone please confirm if this is the expected behavior or if there is a way to retrieve the conversation ID even when a number is assigned to the profile?
