Issue with presence updating automatically for the following blueprint - Update the presence of a Genesys Cloud user based upon the answer of a Communicate call

I setup the following blueprint for updating the users presence for Communicate calls, all was working perfectly before the new year but I started testing again and it seems that there is an issue with the presence being updated.

When a call starts and ends, most of the time the presence does not update on the web app and app.
It only updates when I search for my name or updates when i check the presence through the data action.
