the business in my company would like to be able to have reporting on the choices that the customers does on the IVR (i.e. he choose option 1 with DTMF, then option 2 etc...)
I saw on the forum similar threads where the reply was that this feature was planned for Q2 2019.
I wasn't able to find any documentation about it.
Was it released ?
If yes, can you please give me the link to the doc about it.
If not, any idea when will it be released?
