IVR options reporting news

Hello,

the business in my company would like to be able to have reporting on the choices that the customers does on the IVR (i.e. he choose option 1 with DTMF, then option 2 etc...)

I saw on the forum similar threads where the reply was that this feature was planned for Q2 2019.

I wasn't able to find any documentation about it.

Was it released ?
If yes, can you please give me the link to the doc about it.
If not, any idea when will it be released?

IVR reporting only offers flow aggregate queries. Conversation-level IVR reporting does not exist at this time. You can request new features at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.

Currently, you will need to build your own detail-level IVR reporting solution by explicitly collecting the data in a flow and storing it somewhere.
