I am using Jquery version 1.9.1 my all functionality is working on this version. but I have implemented chat cloud after open chat window my jQuery version is replaced by 2.2.4. now My existing functionality is not working. what is the solution for this?
I am having the same issue my jquery version 3.2.1 its being replaced by 2.2.4.
I noticed that jsapi-v1.js requests and replaces my jquery version with 2.2.4, I have tried loading my jquery version first then jsapi-v1.js but its still requesting that version of jquery.
I am too looking for a solution since it has broken almost all functionality in my site.
We have a new version of jsapi-v1.js that has not yet been released that should address the issue. I will send it to you so you can give it a try to see if it solves the issues you are seeing.
