We have customized the Genesys Cloud Embedded Framework application to display both the main window and the interaction window on a single page.
We are looking for built-in keyboard shortcuts to perform actions such as:
- Answering a call
- Transferring a call
- Sending a message
- Other common call-handling actions
We attempted to implement this feature by customizing framework.js. While we successfully implemented shortcuts for the main window, we are unable to make them work in the interaction window.
Does Genesys Cloud Embedded Framework provide any built-in support for keyboard shortcuts? If not, what would be the recommended approach to enable them in both windows?
