Language Detection for Email and Chat

Hello All!
Good Day!

I want to know if I can detect language for Email and Chat(WebChat or Web Messaging) if it's English or Arabic to route the interaction to the agent with the right skill language.

There's built in documentation within architect that shows you what languages are supported. They are

  • "ar" - Arabic
  • "cs" - Czech
  • "da" - Danish
  • "de" - German
  • "el" - Greek
  • "en" - English
  • "es" - Spanish
  • "fi" - Finnish
  • "fr" - French
  • "hu" - Hungarian
  • "it" - Italian
  • "ja" - Japanese
  • "ko" - Korean
  • "ms" - Malay
  • "nl" - Dutch
  • "no" - Norwegian Nynorsk
  • "pl" - Polish
  • "pt" - Portuguese
  • "ru" - Russian
  • "sk" - Slovak
  • "sv" - Swedish
  • "th" - Thai
  • "tr" - Turkish
  • "uk" - Ukrainian
  • "zh" - Chinese

I know about this function but I believe that I'm using it wrong, as when I use it I don't receive any interaction.

So please if you can help me more and give me a simple example or steps for it in the Archticte I will be thankful.
