Launch a Web call via API Features ? (WebRTC)

Hi,

I am looking for an API able to launch a call in WebRTC a little as it is done on this site : https://www.fonvirtual.com/

I would like the person if he has only data, access to my website, click on the button "launch the call" and a WebRTC session is created with one of my agents.

I think the site I linked to uses APIs, and I think it has to be doable with Genesys (I use PureConnect or PureCloud depending on the feasibility)

Can someone tell me if it is possible and if so what are the tracks that I must exploit.
