I have a customer that uses Chrome as a default browser. Their ERP systems needs to be launched in IE due to ActiveX dependencies.
Is it possible to launch a specific browser from Agent Script other than the default browser associated with the user?

It is not possible via PureCloud configuration/Script settings.
As far as I know, with PureCloud Web, the Scripter Open URL will open the page in a new tab or a new window (of the existing browser).
With PureCloud Desktop, the Scripter Open URL will open the page in Chrome (according to the following post).

They mention alternate solutions for such (listener on user's computer, chrome extensions).
