Lexbot Returning values as NULL

Hi,

I've created an integration using Lexbot V2 and have set parameters within the bot to collect a vehicle registration number. The values are being captured in Lex, however, this is not translating into Architect flows or gathering the detail given by the customer. I'd like to capture this detail and use for a screenpop in CRM, but the values are being returned as NULL.

Please can anyone offer any suggestions?
