I am not sure if this belongs here or in the user community but here goes.
I am trying to build a view for a few customer where they want to see for example, if I am calling in, they want to see if I have any waiting emails or callbacks or chats, so all communication can be dealt with in one touch.
I am using: /api/v2/analytics/conversations/details/query for emails and calls and callbacks
But I am stuck with webchats. Most customers are using email or phone as a mandatory field when starting a webchat. Is there any way for me to query for email used when starting a webchat? I have searched everywhere for this and just can't figure it out. Is this possible with the APIs? And if so, which ones should I be looking at? Or do I have manipulate the chat somehow in Architect to help with this?
