I am trying to determine how to get a list of calls both internal/external that hit a particular IVR Flow.
I have survey data being set by a specific flow and need to know which conversationIds to get the data from.
Below is an conversation that did hit the survey ivr and recorded the responses, but I do not see how to limit that to a specific flow.
IVR data is not currently tracked in PureCloud; the feature is currently in development. If you need to log anything in an IVR, you'll have to custom log that data yourself.
