Log Architect/Flow

Hi everyone,

Can you tell me how to access/retrieve architect logs after running a flow?

I did a brief search, sorry if this is not a new topic.

If by "architect logs", you mean IVR reporting, that's not currently a feature. You must log your own data if you need information about a call's journey through the IVR. The IVR reporting feature is in development.

Thank you for your answer.

I was asking for a more “technical” report, in order to debug a flow (find some execution errors).

For IVR reporting, I'm using conversations attributes.

There's not currently any data logged for IVR activity.

The good stuff is in the edge logs, which I don't believe customers have access to. For your own debugging purposes, the play audio step is your friend. Add audio at every possible place in your flow. Also play out loud the values of any variables you are using.

Thank you for your answer.

That’s what i’m currently doing, as well as I’m setting variables as conversation attributes to see their values.
However sometimes it could be easier for me to see a log, because if an error occurs I only hear the “Error Event” message and don’t know which type of error occurred.

Additionally, all these "debug" "Play Audio" and "Set Attribute" actions should not be present on the flow final version.

Sorry it is kind of a hassle. Just keep doing it until we release the ivr analytics feature Tim mentioned.
