Log in users for using sip phones

Hello everyone,

We need to use multiple sip phones for our client, these are connected to a sip phone in genesys cloud and are assigned to a user.

The problem is that we cannot reach these phones without connecting these users on the Genesys cloud interface.

How can we join all these phones like we can when we join a group, without these users being logged in?

Is it possible to use a single API to create a fake "login" for each user?

Or can we create a group make of stand alone sip phone ?

I would suggest to raise this question on the Genesys Cloud Community forum where someone might have an idea on how to reach these phones without the user logging in.
