Logs in PureCloud

Hello,

Wanted to know whether we can have IVR logs for all the nodes a user has visited, during a call. Something like a log file or if its not inbuilt can we create a file which will store information of nodes visited by a user.

This is not currently a feature of Genesys Cloud. You can request new features and share your use case at https://purecloud.ideas.aha.io/ideas.

As a workaround, you can collect data throughout the IVR and send it to an external service of your own design as you see fit using a data action.
