Look at Schedules via Architech

I see we have the ability in Architect to evaluate schedules and schedule groups for email interactions. Probably more important would be the same ability for Call Objects. When will that feature be exposed for calls?

There isn't currently scheduled work to add that feature for voice, although it's being tracked as PURE-786.

This is in the pipeline for 2018 so shouldn't be too far down the road.

That's disappointing as I have run across several customer cases in which that would be very useful.

There are other ways to achieve the same outcome, but they are a bit messier - e.g. loop the call back to an internal number range in PureCloud which will allow you to re-evaluate a schedule in an IVR route
