Lookup Genesys Cloud interaction data from outside of Genesys Cloud

Hi All,

I have a business requirement to lookup Genesys Cloud interaction data from outside of Genesys. How can we achieve it ?

Is it possible to extract data from Genesys using interaction ID ? If yes, how? Also what data can be extracted ?

You'll want to look at the Analytics category and search for 'conversations' - /details and /details/query are probably a good starting place:
