Manually load Script

Hi Team,

Is it possible for agents to manually load a created script within PureCloud? For instance if they receive a direct call, because it doesn't process through our IVR the script never triggers to load however they may still require the same functions the script provides.

I hope my question makes sense.

At this time we have no way to load a script in that case. It might be something we can look into in the future.
