This is regarding the "Send Auto Reply" action which we can include in our Inbound email flow, which I understand is only sent 1 time, during the first time Purecloud receives customer's email and will not be resending for the rest of the same email chain. The problem here is that once an agent picks up this email and replies to the customer, the customer also sends an "Out of Office" auto response towards Purecloud, Purecloud detects this as "first" email and keeps sending auto reply back to the customer, and the customer sends back "Out of Office" auto response towards Purecloud, creating an infinite loop. I would like to know what mechanism Purecloud has to tackle this issue?
