Merging 2 different Genesys Developer Forum accounts

Hello,

Is there any way that I can merge my old Developer Forum account (AlonsoM) that contains most of my badges and contributions with my new account (alonsomiller) ?

I worked for several years for Adapt Telephony Services and now I am working with a different partner where I re-gained access to these developer forums, but with a new account that is not tied to my old account or recognizes my old badges, posts, etc.

Any help or advice is greatly appreciated.

If you log in to your old account, you can update your email address on your profile preferences page.

If you can't log in to the forum using that account and you don't have access to your old email address to recover the account, the email on that account can't be changed as your ownership of that account can't be verified.
