Is there an eventbridge Topic that captures message transcript events.
IE as the customer sends a message the event triggers?
The v2.conversations.{id}.transcription topic seems to be for voice only. Is there an equivalent for digital channels, specifically looking at web messaging?

We are looking to have near real time copy of web messaging copied over to our platform to display in a legacy on prem CRM which has very limited API capabilities. - And no embeddable framework is not an option for this CRM.

Edit: Also Open messaging is not an option for us at this time, hence looking for a topic that works with Web Messaging

There is no event bridge topic that will accomplish what you are wanted to do for this use case. Please search the Genesys Cloud Ideas Portal to see if others have requested something like this. If not then please open an idea if this is a feature you'd like to have the Web Messaging team develop.
