Metric - Calls Cleared

Hi,

We are migrating from the legacy Genesys application which included an infomart database. We used to have the following metric in the old infomart database:

  1. Calls Cleared - The total number of times that the customer interactions were cleared from this virtual queue

Is there an equivalent on in PureCloud.

I'm not familiar with what "clearing a call" would mean. However, you can find the documentation for Genesys Cloud analytics dimensions and metrics here:
