Microsoft PVA Integration

Hello there,

I wanted to get some support in integrating the Microsoft PVA with the Genesys bot connector. I have followed all instructions and got the bot to be recognized in architect. However, when attempting to use the web messenger, I notice that my bot does not work.

Im trying to finish setting up the architect flow but the instructions are fairly vague. Is there any further information? Please see my flow below:
