Microsoft Teams Presence Sync

I've been following the blueprint below to configure our teams presence to sync to our Genesys Cloud presence (Teams to Genesys Cloud). I have this working, but it seems very intermittent. There are times where I can change my status in Teams and it changes the status of my user in Genesys Cloud about a minute later, then there are times where I can change my status in Teams and nothing seems to happen for the trigger in Genesys Cloud.

I suspect this blueprint may have come out before the latest version of Teams and possibly that has something to do with it, but I am not entirely sure. Has anyone got this working? Can you describe your teams & SCIM configuration?

@Jeff_Ross , I suspect you have this blueprint setup correctly. Shortly after launching this blueprint, we found that the Genesys Cloud UC Integration for Microsoft Teams excludes Genesys Cloud/Teams hybrid users in a "non offline state" from the 60 second polling updates. The original reasoning for this was for the Genesys Cloud presence source to take precedence over Microsoft Teams when in a non-offline state. This does not work well for hybrid user users cases that this blueprint is targeting. As such, we have a minor functionality change to include non-offline users in the 60 second polling mechanism next month. I'll update this thread once it is available.

We also have longer term plans to support subscription to the Teams presence change events to make these teams presence changes get into the Genesys Cloud platform even faster. No target date on that one yet, however; you can follow this aha idea for updates.

@Jason_Wolfgang Did this fix happen to roll out? I noticed this morning my workflow is blowing me up with emails and the presence sync for my hybrid user seems to be updating more often than it was.

The collaborate chat portion of this fix did indeed roll out over the weekend. I'm glad it has improved the consistency of your workflow!
