Hello,
I'm not able to see minimize and close chat buttons in the upper right corner of chat window.
The functionality is there, but instead of these two (_ X), three other buttons appear (first picture) . if I zoom in, some other buttons also appear in that spot, same as minimize and close icons (second picture). I didn't make a change in css file, so I can't figure out where this issue comes from. Any suggestions?

Hi! That looks like a CSS conflict, where maybe the parent website is adding some icons to the widget related classes. We try to shield widget from parent website by prefixing all classes with "cx-".
Those additional icons do not appear to be included in the icon-set included with widget.
Maybe a ticket can also help deep-dive further.
